FEATURED PANEL: “The Aesthetic Nurse Life: Real Talk on Breaking In and Building Up”
There is a question that lives quietly in the back of many a nurse's mind: what if I went into aesthetics? And for those already in it, a different but equally pressing one: how do I build something truly great? Tonight, we answer both. Honestly, openly, and without the polished nonsense. Our panel of NP injectors will share the real story of how they made the leap, what it actually takes to thrive in this field, how they've grown their practices and their confidence, and what they'd tell their earlier selves if given the chance.

Audrey Knodell | Non-Surgical Clinical Lead, Restora Austin Plastic Surgery Centre |
A UT Austin MSN graduate who finished at the top of her class, a former Level IV NICU nurse and travel nurse, a practice owner, and now the non-surgical clinical lead at one of Austin's most respected plastic surgery centers. Audrey has taken every winding, fascinating road this career can offer and has somehow found time along the way to mentor the nurses coming up behind her. She is the kind of practitioner you want on a panel and, frankly, in your corner.

Florida and Texas board-certified, University of Miami trained, and possessed of the rare ability to make a decade of clinical expertise feel entirely effortless. Jen built Wild & Beautiful on the belief that aesthetics should enhance who you already are, not reinvent you entirely. She listens the way good practitioners do: to what you say, what you mean, and everything in between. She is also, for the record, your host this evening.
