Tonight, we're getting into it. No polished talking points, no highlight reel — just our panel of NP injectors telling you the real story. Meet the Badass Panelists:
Audrey Knodell
Non-Surgical Clinical Lead
Restora Austin Plastic Surgery Centre
She is a UT Austin MSN graduate who finished at the top of her class, a former Level IV NICU nurse, a practice owner, and now the non-surgical clinical lead at one of Austin's most respected plastic surgery centers. Audrey has taken every winding, fascinating road this career can offer and has somehow found time along the way to mentor the nurses coming up behind her.

Artisse Aesthetic Studio
A graduate of UTMB and nurse practitioner with 11 years in nursing and 7 in aesthetics, Matisse began her career in labor and delivery before transitioning into aesthetic medicine. After years spent refining her approach, she opened Artisse Aesthetic Studio in Austin.
Her work is centered on natural, subtle results that never feel overdone. She offers a real and honest perspective on breaking into and growing within the aesthetic space, covering everything from leaving the hospital and building a patient base to developing your skill set and clinical eye. As a new practice owner, she shares insight into the realities of opening and running a med spa, offering a current look at both the clinical and business side of aesthetics.
Caleb Martin
SkinSpirit Master Injector & Lip Specialist
Caleb is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner with early training in histopathology research.
He sees patients across Austin and Manhattan, NY, and is known for an instinctive eye for balance and results that are natural, yet impactful. With over 5 years of experience, he has trained under some of the industry’s leading injectors and is a member of Allergan’s Faculty Development Program and a Next-Generation Key Opinion Leader for Allergan Aesthetics.
Jen Quesada
CEO & Lead Injector
Wild & Beautiful Natural Aesthetics
Florida and Texas board-certified. University of Miami trained. And somehow, inexplicably, the person in the room who makes you feel like you've known her for years before she's even picked up a syringe.
Jen built Wild & Beautiful on a simple premise: great aesthetics don't change you. They just get you closer to yourself. She listens the way most people don't… to what you say, what you actually mean, and the thing you almost didn't bring up.
And yes, she's also your host this evening.
